New photos of Prince William and King Charles leave royal fans all saying the same thing

Prince William and King Charles left together on Friday morning for a historic service.

The Prince of Wales, 42, and the monarch, 76, attended the Order of the Bath Service at Westminster Abbey to mark the Order’s 300th anniversary.

During the event, which included the swearing-in and installation of five Knights, William’s father bestowed the title of Great Master of the Order on him. The King and Prince of Wales also joined the Officers, Knights, and Dame Grand Cross procession through the church before taking their seats in the Quire.

After the service, new photographs of King Charles and Prince William in their traditional robes were released, leaving many royal fans saying the same thing.

In the latest images, royal admirers observed a substantial height difference between the two, with many being taken aback by William’s height.

A second said: “Wow Prince William is tall.”

While unconfirmed, Prince William is believed to be 6’3, making him the tallest member of the senior royals. Reports suggest that King Charles is around 5’10, with some claiming he is around the 5’8 or 5’9 mark.

The joint outing on Friday pleased a number of royal fans, who also praised the tradition behind the service.

One fan wrote on X: “A beautiful ceremony. Absolutely love this, 300 years of history and tradition!”

Another said: “It’s a great moment when we can see the King and his heir. Hope more events together please.”
